The new year is the perfect time to reflect and reset. In my opinion, New Year’s resolutions are a thing of the past. Typically, they’re too broad, and without clear, actionable steps resolutions are doomed to fail. I’m changing things up, and I’ve never felt more excited or invigorated for a new year.

In March and April of 2020, 43 states issued stay-at-home orders to residents to mitigate the spread of COVID.
